Vancouver Xmas Mini Photo Session 2017

The holiday season is fast approaching and to celebrate, Denise Lin Photography will be hosting another Christmas Mini Photo Session! Last year, these Mini Photo Sessions were sold out in 2 days so be sure to book soon to avoid disappointment.

DETAILS:

  • $160 fee is for up to 2 children in one session. Each addition person is $20. Additional charge can be paid in cash on your arrival to the photo session.
  • 20 minute session with Denise Lin Photography in New Westminster area (address will be sent one week before the photo session)
  • Your choice of 8 high resolution images
  • Online gallery for image download
  • Additional images are available to purchase
  • BC sales tax will apply
  • Non-refundable FULL payment is due at time of booking session
  • You must arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your photo time. Session times are back to back, so being late may cause you to miss your slot. Session times are outlined in the Ticket Name.

FAQs + Additional Details

Q1: How can I contact the photographer with any questions?

Please email inquiry@deniselin.com with any questions. Denise will answer all emails by the next business day. Please note that Denise is out of town on Oct 18-Nov 2 and expect 3-5 days for Denise to reply your emails. Thanks for understanding.

Q2: What’s the refund policy?

All sales are final and payment is non-refundable. No payment will be returned to buyer for any reason.

Q3: When will Mini-Sessions take place?

A: Mini-Sessions will take place on Saturday, November 18th between 10:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday, November 25th between 10:30am-5:30pm.

Q4: What will the mini-session scene be this year?

A: As shown on the photos. We may have a second scene if time permitted.

Q5: How do we receive images? How many images will we receive?

A: Within 5-7 business days after your Mini-Session, you will receive an email to view an online gallery. This gallery will allow you to see ALL of your images from your Mini-Session. You’ll be able to pick 8 images from your proofing gallery by letting Denise know the file numbers. If you want more than 8 images, you’ll be able to purchase additional image by emailing inquiry@deniselin.com. A final gallery will be emailed to you for downloading your high resolution images.

Q6: How long will Mini-Sessions be?

A: Mini-Sessions are 20 minutes. We will use the full 20 minutes to photograph your session.

Q7: Can I purchase two sessions in a row?

A: Yes. (The extra price for number of persons will be charged once.)

Q8: Where will Mini-Sessions take place?!

A: Mini-Sessions will take place in New West. Address will be given one week before the shoot.

Q9: How many people can be included in a Mini-Session?

A: $160 fee is for up to 2 children in one session. Each addition person is $20. Additional charge can be paid in cash on your arrival to the photo session.

Mini-sessions are ideals for 2-4 children. However, we welcome parents to join and we will make it work. If there are grandparents joining the shoot, it’s possible, but we will break the number into different groups.

Q10: Can we wear shoes during the photo session?

A:We will try our best to keep our backdrop as clean as possible. Children will be around and we would like to keep the environment hygiene and clean. If you do need to wear shoes, please bring clean/new shoes for the shoot; otherwise, wear pretty and clean socks.

Q11: Can we change outfits?

A: Given the shortened timeframe of the mini-session, there will not be time for outfit changes unless you buy two sessions.

Q12: What should we wear?

A: Please take some time to think about your attires for your beautiful photos. Photos below can be your inspiration.

Q13: Can we bring props?

A: We have plenty of props to be used for this Christmas shoot, but a couple toys or balloons are acceptable from you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for things you are bringing before hand.

Q14: What if we’re running late to our Mini-Session?

A: Unfortunately, this happens and we completely understand. I request that you plan on arriving to your Mini-Session at least 10 minutes BEFORE your scheduled mini-session time. There will be NO refunds for missed or late mini-sessions.

Q15: How do we sign up for a Mini-Session?

A: Registration for these Mini-Sessions will be held via Eventbrite. These sessions are on a first come, first serve basis, so please book early. Sessions will fill up FAST!

Q16: I’ve booked the Mini-Session! Now what?

A: Once you’ve booked your Mini-Session, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. Address will be sent one week before the photo session.
